Residential In-Home Consulting - $80/hr.*

We charge an hourly fee when doing any in-home computer consulting.  We do everything we can to fix the problem to your satisfaction or you don't pay!  We have the expertise to solve the following issues and more:

• Slow computer
• Printer problem
• Connection issues (wired and wireless)
• Strange error messages
• Software troubleshooting
• Blank/Blue/Distorted screen
• Strange noises
• New computer set-up
• Software installation/removal
• Training
• Much, much, more, just ask us!

* 1 hour minimum. If service takes less than an hour, we will stick around to answer questions or optimize your computer until the hour is over.  Prorated in 15 minute intervals after the first hour. 4 hour maximum.  All prices quoted do not include parts or peripherals that may need to be purchased for the customer.
